Looking for pet-friendly apartments in Wichita? Look no further than Indian Hills Apartments! As one of the few pet-friendly communities, we proudly allow cats and dogs here. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.

Our Pet Policy

• Our community allows dogs and cats
• There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment
• We do not accept any of these breeds: Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Chows, Akitas, German Shepherds, Rottweilers or any non-domestic dogs or any mix of the above stated breeds. The property reserves the exclusive right to make the final determination as to dog breed. Please see leasing office for additional breeds not allowed.

Pet Fees

• $300 fee per pet.
• Monthly pet rent is $25 for 1 pet and $40 for 2 pets.

We reserve the right to deny the pet application based on the breed, size, and behavior of the animal. For further details on our pet policy, please contact our office staff.
