I’ve had a great experience with both the maintenance and office staff at Indian Hills Apartments. The office team is always friendly, professional, and quick to address any concerns. They truly care about the residents and go out of their way to make things run smoothly. The maintenance staff is equally impressive—fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. Any time I’ve needed a repair, they’ve responded quickly and handled the issue with care.

Indian Hills is a beautiful community to be apart of, whether you're single and living on your own for the first time or are looking for a safe place to raise your kids. I live within walking distance of several parks, restaurants and churches and while I haven't had a chance to use the saltwater pool yet I am very much looking forward to enjoying the summer here as well. The staff are always friendly and helpful and will make you feel welcome.
