Looking for pet-friendly apartments in Wichita? Look no further than Indian Hills Apartments! As one of the few pet-friendly communities, we proudly allow cats and dogs here with no breed or weight restrictions. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.

Our Pet Policy

  • Our community allows dogs and cats
  • There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment

Pet Fees

  • Pet Fee is a one-time $300 non-refundable fee for the first pet, and $200 for the second pet.
  • Pet Rent is $40/month per pet or $75/month for two pets
